As their project pipeline in Romania expands, this hands-on role will join the on-site execution team in Arad.Project-based (:2 years, with possibility of extension)In this role, you will oversee and support all electrical installation activities for large-scale PV projects — covering DC and AC systems, MV/HV infrastructure, inverters, transformers, and grid connection works — ensuring safe, timely, and compliant execution in line with technical specifications, IEC standards, and grid operator requirements.If you're ready to work directly in the field and contribute to Romania's renewable energy growth, apply now and let's see if it's a match.Main ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & SupervisionSupervise installation of DC and AC LV/MV systems: strings, cables, connectors, inverters, panels, and transformersSupport MV/HV works (cables, terminations, substations, switchgear) and grounding/bonding systemsEnsure execution follows approved drawings and coordinate with mechanical and civil teamsQuality & Technical ControlReview IFC drawings, single-line diagrams, and electrical documentation for compliance with specs and OEM requirementsSupervise testing activities (Megger, IV curve, MV/HV equipment testing) and support energization/synchronizationAssist in QA/QC inspections and manage NCRs and corrective actionsSubcontractor CoordinationSupervise electrical subcontractors and monitor DC/AC cabling and equipment installation progressEnsure compliance with Method Statements and HSE standardsMonitor execution quality and support subcontractor performance evaluationPlanning & ReportingMonitor daily/weekly progress and support the sequencing of works (DC AC MV HV)Report installed quantities and project progressIdentify bottlenecks and execution risks, and support recovery plans to keep the schedule on trackTesting, Commissioning & Grid ConnectionSupport pre-commissioning, commissioning, and energization activitiesAssist during synchronization and grid compliance tests, coordinating with equipment suppliersSupport PAC / FAC activities and final handoverHSE & Site CoordinationEnsure safe execution of all electrical activities and monitor high-risk operations such as live worksParticipate in toolbox talks and electrical risk assessmentsCoordinate closely with the Mechanical and Civil teamsCandidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Electrical / Power Engineering3–5 years' experience in construction or industrial projects; utility-scale solar is a strong advantageSolid knowledge of MV/HV systems, substations, power distribution, PV systems, inverters, transformers, and protectionsFluent English; confident with MS Office and reading electrical drawings (AutoCAD)Strong coordination and organizational skills; practical, site-oriented mindsetProactive problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork abilitiesComfortable working in multicultural environmentsNice to HaveExperience with SCADA and PPC systemsExperience with grid operator requirements (TSO / DSO)ANRE authorizationMaster's Degree in Electrical Engineering Show more Show less
