How You’ll Make An Impact

• You will carry out electrical calculations both analytically and through FEM.
• Implement optimization measures to decrease field strength, enhance current carrying capacity, and reduce losses.
• Engage in the new development of simulation tools and calculation methods, including creating macros.
• Familiarize yourself with relevant standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate and support development and customer projects, driving innovation forward.
• Assist in planning qualification tests for high-voltage switchgear and its components.
• Develop technical solutions in partnership with respective projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
• Document and communicate calculation results effectively to stakeholders.
• Compare test results with simulation outcomes to validate findings.
  

What You Bring

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
• Experience in electrical calculations using FEM.
• Practical experience with FEM programs, ideally COMSOL or CST EM Studio, is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic approach to solving complex tasks.
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Analytical, structured, and goal-oriented way of working.
• Fluency in English, allowing for seamless communication in a global environment.
