Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, an established company in the engineering and electrical infrastructure sector, delivering complex design and execution projects for electrical networks at a national level.
Position: Electrical Design Engineer (Power Networks)
Location: Cluj / Bucharest (office-based, with site visits)
Employment Type: Full-time
Candidate Profile (Must-have):

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical network design (LV/MV/HV)
• ANRE certification (minimum level IIIA)
• Strong knowledge of electrical standards, norms, and regulations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Experience in technical documentation and project planning
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with cost estimation software (e.g. ISDP, WinDoc Deviz)
• Knowledge of Eplan
• English language skills
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Design electrical power networks (LV/MV/HV) in line with project requirements
• Prepare and develop technical documentation across all design phases
• Analyze client input data and define technical specifications
• Plan and monitor design activities and project timelines
• Perform technical calculations, drawings, and energy analyses
• Contribute to technical proposals and tender documentation
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and regulations
• Provide technical support during project execution and participate in site visits
• Coordinate with internal departments (commercial, production, procurement)
