The role includes coordinating electrical design and engineering activities, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The Electrical Project Manager will manage project budgets and schedules, oversee contractors and subcontractors, and monitor on-site work to ensure quality and safety. Daily tasks include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (HVAC, plumbing, thermal installations), communicating with clients and suppliers, and resolving technical and operational issues that arise during project execution. The role also involves reporting project status to management, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.QualificationsStrong foundation in electricity and electrical engineering, with the ability to interpret and apply technical standards and regulations.Experience in electrical contracting and project execution, including coordination of site activities and supervision of contractors.Skills in electrical design, including reading and developing schematics, layouts, and technical documentation for installations.Budgeting and project cost management skills, with experience in planning, tracking, and optimizing project financials.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience managing electrical projects (medical, residential, or energy sectors is an advantage).Ability to work on-site, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and quality.Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.Knowledge of relevant design and project management software tools is beneficial.
