Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, a well-established company in the design, execution, and maintenance of electrical installations, currently expanding its on-site team.
Position: Site Electrical Engineer
Location: Cluj (site-based role)
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
The Site Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating electrical works on-site, ensuring project completion in line with quality, safety, and timeline requirements. The role involves close collaboration with project teams and active involvement in all execution phases.
Candidate Profile (Must-have):

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/site projects
• Proven experience in coordinating on-site electrical works
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site execution
• Knowledge of safety regulations and site standards
• Good planning, organizational, and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Availability for site work and travel
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with cost estimation tools or technical documentation software
• Knowledge of an international language (e.g. English)
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction projects from start to completion
• Plan daily site activities and coordinate on-site teams
• Ensure works are executed according to project timelines and technical requirements
• Monitor progress and organize regular coordination meetings
• Manage resources, materials, and site logistics
• Verify execution quality and ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards
• Track project documentation and ensure completeness
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and report progress to the Project Manager
• Perform site inspections, electrical measurements, and testing (including PRAM)
