Site Electrical Engineer, Cluj

Adecco is hiring for its client, a company with experience in the design, execution, and maintenance of electrical installations, which is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Site Electrical Engineer to coordinate on-site electrical works.

The role is predominantly site-based and involves daily planning and supervision of electrical works, coordination of on-site teams, technical and logistical control, and continuous communication with the Site Manager. The position requires a proactive, involved, and communicative professional, capable of managing teams and meeting productivity and quality KPIs.

What You Will Do

• Plan and supervise daily electrical works on active construction fronts

• Coordinate on-site teams

• Manage material logistics through detailed delivery schedules in collaboration with the Procurement department

• Identify non-conformities (NCR/NCS) and propose technical solutions in collaboration with designers

• Monitor productivity indicators and ensure compliance with established KPIs

• Report progress, risks, and deviations regularly to the Site Manager

• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety (HSE) and quality (QA/QC) standards

• Perform electrical measurements and implement the client’s technical and value engineering instructions

• Document work progress, technical issues, and encountered obstacles in a structured manner

• Use AutoCAD for interpretation of execution details and technical documentation

Your Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating electrical installation works or electrical substations

• Proven experience working extensively on construction sites

• Strong people supervision and on-site coordination skills

• Solid technical knowledge in electrical measurements and execution details

• Good planning and analytical skills (work schedules, phasing charts, non-conformities)

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD

• Proactive, hands-on, communicative, and results-oriented mindset
