• Supervising MV/HV electrical works: cabling, switchgear, transformers, protection systems, SCADA;
• Verifying compliance with the design, IEC/EN standards, and internal quality procedures;
• Coordinating team and subcontractor activities, ensuring adherence to the execution schedule;
• Inspecting, verifying, testing, and quality validating of electrical installations;
• Providing support for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (protection systems, communications, synchronization);
• Implementing and monitoring of HSE regulations, including work permits and isolation/energization procedures;
• Ensuring daily reporting and management of technical documentation, checklists, NCRs, and as-built records;
• Collaborating with project teams, the grid operator, and client representatives.
• Higher education degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience supervising MV/HV industrial electrical works;
• Experience with renewable energy projects is an advantage;
• Solid knowledge of Romanian and international electrical standards;
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation;
• Experience with commissioning and SAT activities.
