IMSAT is looking for an Electrical Systems Design Engineer (Medium & High Voltage – Power Engineering) for a major wind farm project.

What will your responsibilities be?

🔹 Preparing design documentation for Feasibility Studies, Technical Projects, DTAC and Execution Details for grid connection projects of renewable energy sources (Low, Medium and High Voltage).

🔹 Providing technical assistance on site for the implementation of Medium and High Voltage grid connection projects.

🔹 Contributing to tender and design documentation for renewable energy projects and energy efficiency improvements for industrial consumers.

🔹 Developing technical solutions and preparing all related design documentation.

🔹 Performing quantity take-offs.

🔹 Updating design documentation based on changes during the execution phase.

🔹 Ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations throughout all project stages.

🔹 Preparing the technical books of the construction according to current legislation.

🔹 Preparing documentation for technical and economic approvals and presentations.

🔹 Presenting project documentation to clients and technical verifiers.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Technical university degree – ideally a master’s degree in power engineering / electroenergetics or a related field.

🔹 5–10 years of professional experience in electrical systems design.

🔹 Experience in Medium and High Voltage energy projects (Feasibility Studies, Technical Projects, Execution Details).

🔹 Experience with grid connection projects for power generation plants – advantage.

🔹 Experience in Medium Voltage collector systems for wind farms – advantage.

🔹 Strong knowledge of MV/HV electrical systems and components.

🔹 Advanced MS Office and AutoCAD skills.

🔹 Knowledge of network calculation software (ETAP, Caneco) – advantage.

🔹 Knowledge of E-Plan software – advantage.

🔹 Availability for travel within the country.

🔹 Category B driving license – advantage.

🔹 ANRE 3A authorization – advantage.

🔹 Advanced English (written and spoken).

🔹 Attention to detail, strong organization, planning and results orientation.
