This role offers an opportunity to work on advanced automotive and embedded systems, contributing to the company’s innovation agenda and technological leadership.Your Role & Responsibilities ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop mixed-signal electronic circuits for automotive and embedded hardware applications.Create and validate high-speed PCB designs, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and overall system performance.Perform embedded hardware design, verification, debugging, and testing throughout the product development lifecycle.Utilize hardware test and measurement equipment, including Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters (DMM), Spectrum Analyzers, and High-Speed Interface Test Tools, to analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues.Develop and execute test plans for Design Verification (DV) and Product Validation (PV) activities.Conduct testing and validation of CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and other automotive communication interfaces using industry-standard tools such as CANoe.Support reliability, environmental, and stress testing to ensure product robustness and compliance with customer requirements.Perform and support EMI/EMC compliance testing, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to meet regulatory and automotive industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, mechanical, and system engineering to deliver high-quality products.Analyze test results, document findings, and provide recommendations for design improvements and issue resolution.Qualifications & ExperienceRequirementsStrong experience in Mixed-Signal Circuit Design.Proven expertise in High-Speed PCB Design and Hardware Development.Experience in Embedded Hardware Design, Verification, and Validation.Hands-on experience with electronic test and measurement equipment.Knowledge of CAN, Automotive Ethernet, and CANoe tools.Experience with DV/PV testing methodologies.Understanding of Reliability Testing and qualification processes.Knowledge of EMI/EMC standards and compliance testing.Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Experience in the automotive domain is highly preferred.What do we offer?1066 RON monthly budget in Benefit Online Platform25 vacation days/year.Life Insurance cover.The employees working on bank holidays will benefit either a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.Childbirth allowance of 7000 RON after 1 year in HCLTech.In the first 8 weeks, the company will pay the difference of up to 100% for the parental leave granted to pregnant employees.Unfortunate events allowance of 7000 RON for first degree relative granted from day 1 in HCLTech.Internal trainings and certifications.HCLTech is committed to protecting and securing the privacy and confidentiality of the Personal Data which it collects directly or indirectly from you when applying for a job at HCLTech either directly or through a third-party human resources agency.
