We are looking for a new colleague to join our e-Store department! In this role, you will be responsible to design & implement campaigns targeting own audiences, with the objective of generating sales. This role covers Romania and Bulgaria.

In this role your responsibilities will be:

I. CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION

• Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies to deliver the campaign creative

and copy

• Brief and oversee the work of the external agency to implement the campaign according to

brief

• Manage the end-to-end execution, ensuring accuracy of digital marketing materials and

provide formal sign off if necessary

• Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is implemented in each campaign

• Learn and master the tools used for email marketing activities (Taxi for Email, Adobe

Campaign)

• Owner of Samsung Rewards Points program & e-Promoter program

II. CAMPAIGN TRACKING & ACTIVITY ORGANISATION:

• Implement necessary tracking to monitor campaign performance

• Regular measurement of KPIs: OR, CTR, ROAS, database performance (opt in, unsubscribe

rate etc) as well as quality of traffic together with the data analyst

• Analyze sales results, provide insights and optimization ideas to increase the relevant KPIs

• On request report related to the activity

• Agency management & regular status updates
