Main tasks & responsibilities:

• E-mailing - newsletter creation, segmentation, scripting, automation – develop and implement email marketing campaigns in order to engage and nurture leads, drive conversions and retain customers;
• Segment email lists based on specific criterias and deliver personalized email content;
• Write and optimize email copy to increase open ratea, CTR and CR;
• Influencer marketing;
• Social media (in the absence of a competent person) - content management Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (management and moderation), performance (Facebook Ads, catalog sales);
• Performance monitoring and recording, reporting;
• Communication with graphic designers and advertising agencies;
• Creating daily newsletters for both B2B and B2C customers;
• Creating automated emailing flows;
• Monitoring;
• Performing ad hoc tasks on the basis of instructions from the supervisor.

Other tasks & responsibilities:

• Systematic maintenance of the necessary documentation in accordance with the company's internal regulations;
• Actively educate himself in his area of expertise, communication skills and the software used in RO;
• Attend meetings, missions and training courses as instructed by his/her supervisor;
• Comply with the company's internal regulations, in particular the Work Rules and the regulations applicable to his/her work, as well as the rules on occupational health and safety and safety in accordance with the employer's internal regulations;
• Maintain and develop the good name of the company;
• Comply with the principles of personal data protection in accordance with the GDPR and the employer's internal regulations.
