Requirements
Top 5 Performance Objectives

• Map and Optimize the Trader Lifecycle (First 60-90 Days)
  

▸ Analyze the trader's full journey on the Prop Firm Match platform and define key communication touchpoints.
▸ Develop and document tailored email sequences aligned with onboarding, engagement, and retention stages.
▸ Establish KPIs for open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics for each stage of the journey.

• Build and Automate Email Campaigns (Quarter 1-2)
  

▸ Design and deploy automated workflows and segmented campaigns using ActiveCampaign.
▸ Create dynamic tags and lists to enable personalized communication based on trader behavior and profile.
▸ A/B test templates, subject lines, and CTAs to continuously improve campaign performance.
