Embedded Security Risk Manager, Bucuresti, 8000 - 9000 RON

• Any person applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
• Manage a team of security guards, including conducting regular drills, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Configure and manage access control systems, including setting up user accounts and precisely defining access permissions
• Troubleshoot technical security system issues, collaborating with vendors and security IT teams to ensure prompt resolution and minimal disruption to security operations.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization (operations, legal, HR, and recruitment) to execute security policies.
• Analyze security logs and generate reports on system activity and security incidents. Compile and submit detailed security reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure the proper implementation of security policies and lead security policy reviews and revisions through risk assessments.
• Effectively convey security policies and procedures to all stakeholders, irrespective of their expertise.
• Manage key relationships with external vendors and other third parties, which may be involved in the management of the NSSG client.
• Together with security experts, plan and manage the ERT in Bucharest.
• Should be an attentive, organized, and process-oriented person.
• Should be a strong team player with strong self-motivation.
• Should be well-spoken in English, with proven writing skills.
• Strong abilities in the use of MS Office and similar products.
• Being a genuinely curious, methodical, rational, analytical, and logical individual.
• 5 working days, 8 hours per day.
• 1 day work from home.
