YOUR TASKS
We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer to support the development of High Voltage Battery Management Systems (HV BMS) for electric and hybrid vehicles. In this role, you will contribute to designing, implementing, and validating embedded software components while ensuring compliance with automotive standards such as AUTOSAR and MISRA. You will collaborate closely with system, hardware, and validation teams to deliver high‑quality software for safety‑critical applications.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and maintain embedded software for HV BMS applications
• Configure AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) and Software Components (SWCs) using Vector DaVinci
• Create and update model‑based components in MATLAB/Simulink and Rational Rhapsody
• Debug software issues using winIDEA and perform root‑cause analysis with cross‑functional teams
• Ensure software compliance with coding standards (MISRA, AUTOSAR) and run static code analysis with Helix QAC / Polyspace
• Participate in customer discussions, clarify technical requirements, and support integration activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software quality, architecture, and documentation
  

Your Qualifications
✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Develop and maintain embedded software using Vector DaVinci and MATLAB
• Design and integrate software components for automotive applications, ensuring compliance with AUTOSAR standards.
• Customer interaction experience
• Conduct development testing and validation to ensure high-quality performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues.
• HelixQAC and Polyspace for static code analysis, Rational Rhapsody for architecture, winIDEA and CANoe for developer test
