• Develop, elaborate and monitor the implementation of specific labor policies, procedures, regulations, guides, and instructions impacting employees, in alignment with the national economic, political, and regulatory landscape.
• Collaborate with other business functions to draft procedures, guidelines, instructions, regulations and policies with an impact on the workforce.
• Provide legal support, particularly concerning complex labor law issues (collective labor relations, complex individual matters, reorganization projects) for all internal HR clients, business units and support functions (Finance, Procurement, and Logistics)
• Represent the company’s interests before stakeholders (local and central authorities, trade union, employer associations, courts, etc.), participate in Collective Labor Contract negotiations and serve as a single point of contact for specific legislative matters
• Manage the disciplinary investigation process and investigations into workplace harassment cases in accordance with company policy and applicable legislation
• Represent the company’s interests in court proceedings, including civil and criminal cases, as directed by management
