We are recruiting an Engineering On-Site for a global EPC & O&M provider delivering turnkey utility‑scale solar power plants.This is a hands‑on, on‑site role, ideal for someone detail‑oriented who wants to grow in technical coordination and quality management within the renewable energy sector. You'll be the technical backbone of the project — ensuring construction aligns with IFC drawings and specifications, resolving technical issues quickly, and maintaining seamless communication between design teams, construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.Location: AradFull-time, on-site (CIM)Approx. 2-year project.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise construction works according to approved IFC drawings and technical specificationsReview drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide fast technical solutionsManage RFIs/TQs and coordinate engineering changes with the design officeReview and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statementsCoordinate civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering activitiesSupport Procurement with technical specifications and vendor documentationParticipate in inspections and support QA/QC activitiesMaintain accurate engineering documentation and prepare progress reportsCoordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities on technical mattersIdeal BackgroundBachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering or similar5–7 years of experience in site engineering, construction, or EPC projectsStrong experience in utility-scale solar projects is a major advantageSolid understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordinationExperience with RFIs, shop drawings, technical submittals, and design reviewAbility to interpret complex technical drawingsStrong knowledge of Romanian construction standards and regulationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation systemsGood command of English Show more Show less
