If you’ll join our team, you will be challenged to:

• Contribute to the development of a business architecture that supports the organization’s goals and strategy.
• Demonstrated understanding of business structures and processes, with a proactive approach to their optimization.
• Analyze and assess the organization’s needs regarding infrastructure, technologies, and business processes, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions to improve organizational performance.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and architecture.
• Actively participate in projects to ensure business deliverables meet organizational requirements and standards.
• Ensure that the proposed and selected solutions in bank-wide projects are aligned with the business strategy and Enterprise Architecture principles, by participating in the review process of functional and business specifications.
• Support the implementation of principles and standards agreed upon at the bank level.

To perform in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience in strategic development, consulting, change management, and business digitalization.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Involvement in initiatives requiring strategic thinking, analytical skills, and project management.
• Experience in roles that required the ability to facilitate, influence, consult, build relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Extensive expertise in financial and banking activities and legal regulations specific to the field.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Enterprise Architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, BIAN) are an advantage.
