The coordination of ESG initiatives and projects, the definition of requirements for ESG data collection, storage and distribution, the development and implementation of an ESG data sourcing strategy to ensure accurate, reliable and consistent data, the support of the bank’s technology architecture and implementation for ESG initiatives, as well as the management of related transformation projects, represent the key responsibilities of the role.


Specifically, you will be required to:


  • Manage stream monitoring indicators, including:
  • Deployment of the roadmaps on external data sourcing transition plan and external data ingestion phasis in respecting deadlines,
  • Production of deliverables according to expected deadlines of roadmaps,
  • Comitology: support to produce Opco, Steerco slides and on dedicated support documents on business topics,
  • Monitoring alerts and risks: define the remediation plan and determine remediation actions based on the criticity of alerts and risks,
  • Prepare and maintain the BU/SU transition plan to the group's strategic vendors data sourcing,
  • Analyse the related impacts and propose adequate migration solutions,
  • Participate in and contribute to the deployment plan of the external ESG data ingestion tool supplier,
  • Ensuring data expertise on external ESG data,
  • Conduct ad hoc data analyses as required if needed,
  • Produce detailed business requirements if needed,
  • Participate to coordinate IT stakeholders, BU/SU and External stakeholders involved in the stream,
  • Manage the change for users about external data sourcings and data ingestion strategies,
  • Ensure consistency coordination between the change management, the interface deployment and stakeholder transition support.


PROFILE REQUIRED


  • You have significant experience in data analysis to solve specific problems, in data projects in a data office or data management office, and/or in transversal projects in which you have demonstrated your analytical and coordination skills in several assignments.
  • You have experience working with data engineering teams and IT on data integration and infrastructure projects.
  • You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
  • You can structure and share the findings of the analyses carried out.
  • You know how to work independently on a specific topic: organising your own work schedule, prioritising tasks, setting deadlines in collaboration with team members.
  • You are flexible and able to quickly learn new subjects.
  • You demonstrate team spirit.
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in English and French.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • You have a higher education degree, ideally engineering or business.
  • You have knowledge of ESG concepts, ESG regulatory requirement and bank’s business lines (retail and non-retail).
