At Horeca Insight, we build and create events that shape the Romanian hospitality industry: conferences, large-scale trade shows, and dedicated B2B projects, as we all know it’s a field where momentum really matters. We are now looking for an Event Sales Manager who can keep up with ambitious ideas, sharp thinking, and high-energy working rhythm.

This is a role for someone who can think commercially, challenge ideas when needed, and turn conversations into solid partnerships.

What you’ll actually do:

• build and manage partnerships for Horeca Insight events
• work directly with brands, suppliers, and B2B decision-makers
• understand partner objectives and translate them into relevant event exposure
• lead commercial discussions from first contact to signed agreements
• collaborate closely with event editorial, and communication teams
• contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape innovative formats
• manage multiple projects in parallel, without losing clarity or structure

We’re looking for someone with:

• proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, media, or events
• strong communication and negotiation skills
• the ability to think independently and keep up with complex discussions
• confidence to hold your ground in conversations with senior stakeholders
• good judgment: knowing when to push, when to pause, and when to rethink
• familiarity with hospitality, foodservice, retail, or B2B environments is a strong plus

This role requires personality, not just execution, as you’ll work closely with leadership, so clarity of thought and intellectual agility matter.
