We are looking for an Events Marketing Specialist to drive investor acquisition initiatives and lead the planning and execution of high-impact events. This role combines strategic direction, coordination, and budget ownership, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Strategy, Execution & Budget Management
• Own the planning, execution and delivery of events
• Manage end-to-end logistics: venue, suppliers, guest experience, and on-site coordination
• Develop event concepts aligned with business goals and target audience
• Build and manage event budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Negotiate with vendors and optimize spend while maintaining quality
• Coordinate participation in real estate fairs, including booth concept, setup, and visitor experience
2. Performance Monitoring
• Track key results (leads, attendance, engagement, conversions)
• Monitor budget efficiency and ROI of campaigns and events
• Identify areas for improvement and iterate on performance
• Report insights and recommendations to leadership
• Post-event follow-up strategy and execution
3. Stakeholder & Project Execution
• Work closely with leadership, sales teams, and external collaborators
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across multiple projects
• Ensure smooth execution and alignment with business goals
4. Campaign Direction & Coordination
• Propose and shape marketing campaigns aligned with business and sales objectives
• Brief and coordinate external partners (designers, paid media specialists, agencies)
• Review and optimize ongoing campaigns by suggesting improvements (creatives, targeting, retargeting, messaging)
• Ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing touchpoints
5. Investor Acquisition Support
• Contribute to lead generation strategies for real estate projects
• Align campaign messaging and timing with sales priorities
• Support the journey from awareness to event participation
• Manage travel and hospitality for investors
Requirements
• 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in real estate, investments, or B2B
• Experience coordinating campaigns with external partners (design, paid media, etc.)
• Strong event management experience with budget ownership
• Ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and leadership skills
