You’ll be encouraged and expected to take accountability and make an impact.Your Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in performing audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issuesCollaborate to plan objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses riskUse technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service deliverySkills And Attributes For SuccessKnowledge of English at intermediate level or aboveKnowledge of local GAAP (Romanian accounting) and basic knowledge of IFRSUnderstanding of risk-based auditing and risk and control strategiesCompliance with and understanding of regulatory requirementsInvolvement in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other partiesIdeally, you’ll alsoWork effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing supportConfidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Previous experience in audit/accounting or in a financial institution (minimum 1-2 years)What We Look ForMore than anything, we’re interested in people with the right attitude for the job!
