Your tasks

• Deliver contract set-up, drafting addenda and amendment letters, organize and deliver briefings with expats, ensure proper communication with stakeholders for efficient and smooth coordination of expats’ administration;
• Manages the processes and the documents flow requested by law and the internal procedures related to international assignments;
• Makes sure that the expatriation guidelines are correctly applied and in line with company’s strategy and policies;
• Supports assignees in all activities related to the assignment;
• Acts as partner for all Global Mobility related topics for all stakeholders (assignees, managers, HRBP, external vendors) for a defined assignment population, proactively develops solutions for complex requests;
• Identifies process optimizations and drives the implementation;
• Responsible for data quality and consistency as well as reporting to internal and external stakeholders;
• Accomplishes assigned tasks by fully observing compliance regulations in terms of tax, social security, labour law and immigration that are incidental to expats international assignments administration.
  

Your profile

• Master Diploma: Social sciences and Economics. Additional training on tax, social security, labour law, immigration;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 5 years;
• Has excellent understanding of the business context;
• Client oriented. Proactive, very good communication skills;
• Basic knowledge about the oil & gas industry;
• Labor law, immigration, tax and social security legislation knowledge;
• Very good knowledge of the International Assignment Standard and all related internal regulations;
• Language skills: English – advanced.
