In our "HR IT Solutions" area, the "HCM Core Solutions" team plays an important role by providing tools and solutions as well as core employee data to fulfill various needs for our HR department.

To strengthen this team, we are immediately seeking a committed and experienced expert for Ingentis Org-Solutions (m/f/d) for our HCM Core Solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as consultant for the Organizational Development department on the use and optimization of Ingentis Solution (Org Charts, Org Design und Org Analytics).
• Develop the product further by performing system administration and configuration tasks to ensure smooth operations and solution enhancements.
• Support daily operations related to Ingentis Org-Solution, ensuring seamless system functionality and its integration with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Resolve incident tickets and service requests; coordinate ticket handover and specific case management with external partners.
• Manage projects, taking responsibility for planning, execution, and completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Drive project milestones, coordinate resources, and oversee project deliverables.
• Contribute to the demand management process, including time planning, effort estimation, and coordination with external partners.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external support as needed.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and other departments to understand and implement requirements effectively.
• Ensure continuous system availability and performance.
• Participate in scrum tasks such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and maintain JIRA for agile work organization.

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience with Ingentis Org-Solutions and their integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central; Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors EC is advantageous.
• Proven experience in managing projects, particularly for Ingentis.
• Experience with integration between Ingentis Org-Solutions and SuccessFactors EC.
• Proficient with relevant interface technologies and middleware solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; German beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and proactively within a team environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA.
• Good understanding of enterprise integration, and the specific challenges related to interacting with complex ERP environments is very beneficial.
