Your tasks

• Prepares financial analysis, reports, and budget forecasts. Delivers and constantly improves efficient, reliable and timely core controlling activities, including financial reporting, budgeting and financial planning (MTP).
• Assists in the company’s monthly and yearly closing.
• Contributes to the design and management of the budget process (MTP).
• Prevents inaccuracies in financial statements by setting up internal control systems and adopting proper policies for financial reporting.
• Reviews financial data periodically to ensure fairness and completeness of the data.
• Assists in special projects whenever requested. Participates in the optimization and harmonization of controlling relevant IT-systems.
• Ensures compliance with issued controlling guidelines and standards.
  

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Industrial Engineering, or another related field;
• Relevant professional experience: >5 years
• Oil & Gas industrial experience is an advantage
• Know-how and proven experience in Finance, Controlling and/or financial & business End-to-End processes
• Business Knowledge of OMV divisions
• Very good understanding and experience of SAP
• IT systems affinity required
• Audit, Risk or Compliance background and knowledge is an advantage
• Project Management skills
• Fluency in English, German would be a plus
