Your tasks

• Provides reports, analytics and data visualization for People & Culture in Borealis group
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of self-service dashboards by ensuring data accuracy, refreshing datasets, and assisting users with basic functionality questions.
• Prepares information / reports / specific People &Culture Borealis analysis (e.g. monthly FTE report, Group KPIs, etc) for companies in Borealis Group, according to the established / ad-hoc schedule.
• Assists in monitoring data quality, ensuring consistent data definitions, and following data privacy standards across reports and tools.
• Support the preparation of legal and regulatory reports, including ESG-related disclosures and contributions to the Annual Report.
• Perform recurring tasks related to data preparation, cleansing, and structuring for reporting and analytics purposes.
• Maintain process documentation, reporting guides, and user instructions to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in setting up, testing, and distributing P&C surveys and compiling raw results for further analysis by senior team members.
• Updates dashboards and other data visualization tools and reports
• Fills in Manpower / FTE planning tool in cooperation with Finance
  

Your profile

• Master’s degree: IT, Economic
• Relevant professional experience: > 5 years
• Strong Controller background and high proactiveness
• Certified to work with Survey tool like Qualtrics
• Demonstrable knowledge of visual analytics tools, data literacy and advanced IT knowledge
• Experience in analysing, cleansing, and transforming data from multiple sources
• Language skills – English fluent in reading, writing and speaking
• Detailed oriented whilst able to communicate effectively to a broader business audience
• User centric thinking and mindset.
• Proven ability to engage successfully with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Very Good in managing multiple project and priorities demanding both rigorous attentions to detail and high-level comprehensive solutions.
• Ability to establish, implement and enforce appropriate IT standards to meet business requirements.
• Very good knowledge in operating Microsoft 365 for Business (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, One drive, SharePoint, Power Platform – eg. Power BI).
• Very good knowledge of People & Culture processes.
