The role coordinates cross-functional teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, manages project risks, and supports operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute product strategy in alignment with the corporate’s strategy;Leading Project Management team;Project lead of product projects;Leading of cross-functional teams;Reporting on the current project status regarding content, timeline, costs, risks;Use of different systems and methods according to project phase (S/4 HANNA, CAD, PFMEA, Lean);Recognize, initiate and implement operational optimizations with regard to process and product;Executes any other orders given by the hierarchical superior in the realization of the company's short-term strategies, within the limits of compliance with the legal basis and the requirements of the quality system.What You BringBachelor’s degree in engineering;Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably with assembly lines and/or manufacturing;Minimum 1 years of experience in a leadership position;Knowledge of Lean, PFMEA, MTM/REFA, CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and S/4 HANA is beneficial;Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management, Engineering or a similar position;Project Management skills;Strong presentation skills;Team player, results‑driven, flexible, and adaptable, embracing change;Good verbal and written communication skills;Advanced written and spoken English; German is a plus.
