Role Overview:
We are looking for a Facilities Data Analyst to act as the first point of contact for facilities‑related requests and data queries. The role focuses on ticket management, coordination, data accuracy, and stakeholder follow‑up, supporting internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and timely resolution of requests.
This is a coordination‑focused role, ideal for candidates with a structured mindset, good communication skills, and experience working with ticketing systems or operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the L0 / first‑line contact for facilities‑related requests.
- Log, track, and manage requests in the ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Facilities, Procurement, ESG, Compliance, Finance, IT) to gather and validate required information.
- Support supplier interactions, including data requests, follow‑ups, and escalation tracking.
- Maintain accurate and complete records, databases, and supporting documentation.
- Monitor deadlines, KPIs, and service levels; escalate risks or delays when required.
- Support reporting related to compliance, supplier performance, sustainability, and service issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and automation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Facilities, Operations, or Coordination role.
- Comfortable working with ticketing systems, databases, and digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.
- Proactive, structured, and solution‑oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Facilities Management, ESG, Compliance, Procurement, or Supplier Management.
- Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, or operational reporting.
- Interest in process optimization or automation.
