About the Role

As a Facility Engineer, you’ll ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all building systems—from HVAC and electrical to plumbing, fire protection, and utilities. You’ll lead preventive maintenance programs, troubleshoot technical issues, manage documentation, and coordinate contractors. Through data analysis and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in optimizing performance and maintaining full compliance across the facility.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance departments;
• Technical knowledge of electrical installations;
• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems;
• Technical knowledge of sanitary/plumbing installations;
• Technical knowledge of safety systems (CCTV and fire safety).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, compressed air, and fire protection;
• Ensure all equipment runs efficiently and meets safety and compliance standards;
• Executes any other orders given by the hierarchical superior in the realization of the company's short-term strategies, within the limits of compliance with the legal basis and the requirements of the quality system;
• Develop, manage, and optimize preventive maintenance programs;
• Troubleshoot system failures, diagnose root causes, and coordinate corrective actions;
• Monitor performance of all building utilities (electricity, water, gas, HVAC, lighting, etc.);
• Maintain accurate technical documentation (schematics, manuals, equipment logs);
• Coordinate external contractors and service providers for specialized tasks;
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and company safety regulations;
• Support audits, inspections, and certifications (fire safety, environmental, energy efficiency);
• Prepare budgets, project plans, and timelines;
• Use data analysis (KPIs, downtime reports, utility consumption) to identify improvement opportunities.
