General Information

The Facility Management Engineer supports the operation, maintenance, and improvement of facility infrastructure within the assigned location. The role contributes to ensuring reliable operation of buildings and technical systems through maintenance activities, monitoring, and support in infrastructure projects. Also it is needed to support the energy management and security location activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Maintenance

• Support the functionality of buildings, equipment, and infrastructure at designed parameters
• Execute and follow preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to defined plans
• Perform regular inspections and record technical parameters in maintenance documentation
• Identify deviations and support implementation of corrective actions
• Improve and implement the actions for energy management in locations

Operational Support

• Handle facility-related requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure proper documentation of all interventions according to internal procedures

Continuous Improvement

• Identify improvement areas and propose technical solutions within scope of responsibility
• Support updates and improvements of facility management procedures

Project Support

• Support implementation of infrastructure and facility-related projects
• Contribute to preparation of technical specifications (task books) for new services or equipment
• Participate in project execution and follow-up activities

Contractor & Stakeholder Support

• Support supervision of contractors and service providers on-site
• Ensure activities are performed according to safety and quality requirements
• Communicate relevant issues to responsible engineers or management

Audits & Compliance

• Support internal and external audits (ESH, statutory, insurance)
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations

Emergency Response

• Participate in emergency interventions when required, including outside normal working hours
• Ensure proper documentation of interventions according to maintenance procedures

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar, it is advantage to have knowledge on mechanical, electrical systems and automation;
• Alternatively, relevant technical experience in facility management;

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility management or technical maintenance;

• Initial experience in project support or involvement in infrastructure projects;
• Basic to good knowledge of building systems and infrastructure;
• Organized and structured working style;
• Problem-solving mindset;
• Good communication skills;
• Willingness to learn and develop in facility management area;
• Basic understanding of safety and compliance requirements;
• English communication skills, both spoken and written;
• Result-driven mindset with structured, analytical problem-solving skills;
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, capable of collaborating across interdisciplinary teams globally.
