Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 3+ years in HR coordination and administrative roles; experience in HR processes & learning development is preferred.
• Knowledge: Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to details; process orientation; analyze and interpret competency needs and role profiles.
• Personality Traits: Analytical mindset; excellent coordination and communication abilities to liaise with both leaders and subject matter experts.
• Languages: Proficient business English required. German is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will fulfill all required Central HR processes with precision and efficiency, ensuring smooth implementation and compliance.
• You will drive the analysis and refinement of our competency management framework, to ensure alignment with our organizational goals.

Strategic Coordination 

• You will partner closely with the leadership team and subject matter experts, analyzing and developing competency profiles and targeted learning measures that address critical skill gaps.
• You will align all learning measures with organizational requirements for designated roles, ensuring every training initiative directly supports business objectives.
• You will assign learning measures packages to the appropriate roles and associates, ensuring that learning needs, available learning offerings, and standard competency profiles are cohesive.
