FBE Growth Manager
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Manager to accelerate FBE business growth and seller performance. This role blends strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to shape one of the most impactful programs within eMAG Marketplace.
You’ll act as a business partner for our sellers and as a growth consultant for FBE, taking full ownership of results as if it were your own venture.
What you’ll have to do:
Strategic Business Ownership:

  • Take ownership of FBE P&L performance and define initiatives to grow the program’s contribution to Marketplace revenue
  • Develop and execute growth strategies that increase seller adoption and engagement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Product to implement scalable solutions.
  • Drive business reviews, track key metrics, and ensure operational excellence across FBE processes.

Analytical & Consulting Excellence:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities
  • Create executive-level reports, project plans, and strategic presentations for senior leadership
  • Analyze commercial and financial data to drive evidence-based business decisions

Project Leadership & Implementation:

  • Launch and manage high-impact strategic projects from conception to completion
  • Challenge the status quo — design new processes, pilots, and optimizations to enhance seller experience.
  • Establish KPI frameworks and tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement
  • Drive initiatives that directly impact FBE's contribution to total Marketplace revenue

What makes you a good fit:
Experience:

  • 4-6 years consulting experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate finance or product development
  • Background in business modeling, strategic planning, or operational transformation
  • Proven ability to analyze commercial performance, identify opportunities, and execute improvement plans.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; SQL, and data visualization tools are a plus
  • Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment capabilities

Leadership & Business Acumen:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to take initiative and drive results
  • Mature professional approach with strong business ownership mentality
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to propose and implement strategic solutions
