ManpowerGroup is recruiting for one of its clients an Electrical Engineer to join innovative, turnkey solar energy projects.

⚡ What you’ll do

• Plan and manage grid connection processes for renewable energy projects, ensuring compliance with regulations
• Manage relationships and communication with DSO/TSO operators
• Oversee contractors and third-party consultants working on electrical infrastructure
• Perform site selection and feasibility analysis for solar projects
• Prepare technical documentation and support project authorization processes
• Design, develop, and test Medium Voltage (MV) electrical systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards

🎓 What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• Experience in electrical system design & analysis (solar experience is a plus)
• ANRE certification (Gr. IIIA / IIIB)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Languages: Romanian & English
