The Role


We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dragomirești-Vale, involving remote flexibility and frequent field activity.


You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure - while building strong, long-term relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored PV solutions
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities in Residential, C&I, and Utility markets
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships based on trust and transparency
  • Promote KENO Energy’s photovoltaic products through a consultative sales approach
  • Manage and actively track the sales pipeline in CRM systems
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales documentation (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market insights


Qualifications


  • Proven track record of successfully closed deals (preferably in the PV or energy sector)
  • Solid knowledge of the photovoltaic industry, including Residential, C&I, and Utility business models
  • Experience in field sales, business development, or key account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset
  • Valid Driver’s License - Category B
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings
  • Relevant educational background in Business, Sales, Engineering, Energy, or related field is a plus
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
