Job Objectives:
Ensuring the financial management of assigned projects, administrative and financial support to the financial coordinator in managing financial documentation and program and project managers in procurement.
Main responsibilities:
Ensuring the financial management of assigned projects
Physical and digital archiving of financial documents of the entire department, for the office and funded projects for monitoring and audits
Collections and payments
Supporting project and program managers in the procurement process and communication

Preferred start date: January 2027
Education: university degree, preferably in the field of finance and accounting (bachelor's or master's degree)
Required: bank payments, financial records
Optional: procurement, financial reporting, accounting, audit, financial management of projects.
Foreign languages: English B2/C1, French or Ukrainian is an advantage
Software required: MsOffice, preferred: SAGA, experiece in financial management software
Specific skills: interpersonal relations, diplomacy, customer orientation and problem solving, written and verbal communication etiquette, attention to detail, numerical and calculation skills, planning and organizing time and information, analysis and synthesis skills, driving license
