The Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will support our Finance team in a broad range of financial and administrative activities. Besides managing day-to-day accounting tasks, you will contribute to financial projects, process improvements and the implementation of our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, sales invoices and bank transactions.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting and ad hoc analyses.
• Support the Finance team with various financial and administrative projects.
• Contribute to the implementation, optimization and maintenance of our ERP system.
• Work closely with colleagues from different countries and departments.

• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Experience with processing purchase invoices, sales invoices and bank transactions.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial administration.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently while being a reliable team player.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage; experience with ERP implementation projects is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
