The Role

The Finance Business Partner – Operations serves as the primary finance interface for the Company’s manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement functions. The role carries full analytical responsibility for operational cost performance, production efficiency metrics, and financial planning across the supply chain perimeter.

The role contributes to the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles for the operational perimeter, conducts rigorous budget-versus-actuals variance analysis, and translates findings into actionable recommendations that support delivery of the Company’s financial targets.

The position requires a professional capability of engaging directly with operational management, contributing to production and procurement decisions with structured financial analysis, and translating complex operational data into clear financial reporting for senior leadership. The role reports directly to the Finance Director.

What We Expect

• Minimum 4 years of experience in FP&A, management accounting, or operational controlling, with demonstrated exposure to a manufacturing or supply chain environment; prior experience in FMCG or the food and beverage industry is strongly preferred
• Academic background in Economics or Accounting is required
• Thorough understanding of production cost economics, including raw material yield analysis, batch and unit costing, packaging efficiency, and fixed overhead absorption
• Proven ability to construct financial models, volume sensitivity analyses, and actuals-versus-plan variance bridges independently and to a high standard
• Familiarity with excise duty structures and their interaction with production volumes is considered a significant advantage
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is desired; familiarity with dedicated financial planning and reporting tools is an advantage
• Fluent English is required; group-level financial reporting and correspondence are conducted in English
• The ability and willingness to explore how AI can enhance operational finance processes is considered an asset in this role
