We are looking for an experienced Finance / Business Controller who will play a key role in financial planning, business controlling and performance analytics. This position will partner closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, providing financial insights, high-quality reporting and supporting strategic and operational decision-making. The role is critical in strengthening financial discipline across the organization and ensuring strong business performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports and performance analysis for management.
• Support month-end close and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze profitability of products, customers, and projects.
• Monitor KPIs, margins, costs, and Working Capital.
• Perform financial modeling and business case evaluations.
• Support sales in pricing and financial risk assessment.
• Review contracts and monitor CAPEX projects.
• Improve financial processes, internal controls, and reporting automation.
• Support in HR and administrative matters.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Controlling / FP&A / Financial Analysis or Audit.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong communication and business partnering skills.
• Fluency in English.
