Administrative and Financial Manager
Your Role
You are responsible for financial data: making sure it is accurate, clear, and useful for decision-making.
You will work closely with the Country Manager and Laboratory Manager, providing insights on performance, variances, and risks.
You don’t manage daily operations directly, but you support better decision-making.
Daily activities:
- analyze performance and budget variances
- identify risks and deviations
- support decision-making
- raise early alerts
Your impact: turning financial data into a practical management tool.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting, Tax & Compliance
- oversee local accounting
- ensure compliance with Romanian tax laws
- manage monthly and yearly closings
- prepare accurate and timely financial reports
- work with auditors and authorities
Profitability Analysis (focus on EBITDA)
- analyze EBITDA by activity, client, or service
- identify high costs or low margins
- highlight underperforming areas
- inform management and suggest further analysis
Cash Flow & DSO (high priority)
- monitor daily cash flow
- track and improve collections (DSO)
- organize billing and collection processes
- flag critical delays
- manage payments and banking relationships
- prevent cash flow risks
Financial Management & Analysis
- prepare annual budgets
- create monthly reports and forecasts
- analyze differences vs. budget
- monitor KPIs (revenue, costs, margins)
- provide clear insights to management
Control & Reporting
- improve reporting tools
- ensure data accuracy
- structure reporting between inspection and laboratory
- align with group standards
- improve processes continuously
Administration
- oversee administrative processes
- monitor contracts and investments
- ensure smooth financial information flow
- implement simple procedures
Human Resources (with HR Division)
- manage personnel administration
- oversee payroll elements
- ensure compliance with labor law
- support managers on HR topics
- assist in recruitment
Education & Experience
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
- experience in finance or controlling
- experience in an SME or international company
Key Skills
- strong financial analysis skills (EBITDA, margins, costs)
- ability to structure and ensure reliable reporting
- experience with cash flow and DSO
- good understanding of accounting
- strong Excel skills
Languages
- English: business level
Soft Skills
- detail-oriented and reliable
- strong analytical thinking

- good collaboration with operational teams
