Finance Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions for our automotive projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor Degree or Accounting or Controlling, Certified Accountant preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5 years + experience in controlling – manufacturing area
• Languages: Advanced English (written and spoken)
  

Responsibilities Will Include

• Coordinate the finance and accounting team at the plant level ; reports to the Global Director Finance
• Performs Intercompany reconciliations for the preparation of month and year end reporting and consolidation.
• Manages overhead allocation by cost center and calculates activity-based rates for quoting.
• Develops and monitors the implementation of finance related timetables such as budget preparation, sales forecasts and departmental operation expenses.
• Prepares and analyzes financial reports to assess performance and guide strategies for improving the organization's financial stability and efficiency.
• Ensures SOX 404 compliance
• Monitors and approves all capital expenditures and spending requests.
• Advises on monthly income statements with emphasis on production variances.
• Maintains and secures the assets of the sites by ensuring an adequate system of internal controls is in place to safeguard company assets.
• Develops and interprets financial and statistical data to evaluate profitability, budget performance, and factors affecting the organization's financial stability and operational efficiency
• Oversees accounting activities to ensure accurate recording of journal entries, invoices, billing, and cost obligations, and timely completion of departmental tasks
• Prepares tax declarations, responsible for tax questions.
• Maintains current knowledge of US GAAP as well as Fiscal and technical techniques.
