What you willl be responsible for:
✅ Group Accounting & Consolidation

• Managing accurate month-end and year-end closing processes at group level;
• Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations and supporting documentation;
• Leading the consolidation of multiple entities and monitoring intercompany transactions and eliminations

✅ External Reporting & Audits

• Preparing and coordinating consolidated financial statements;
• Working closely with local accounting and tax advisors across different countries;
• Acting as the main contact for external auditors;
• Ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements and filing deadlines;

✅ Internal Control & Compliance

• Designing and implementing internal control frameworks;
• Monitoring key controls and supporting risk management initiatives;

✅ Leadership & Performance Management

• Leading and developing a small accounting team;
• Coaching team members and driving continuous improvement;
• Conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional growth;

🔹 University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics, or a related field;
🔹 Professional qualifications such as RA, CPA, or ACCA are a strong advantage;
🔹 Min. 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within an international environment
🔹 Solid expertise in:
🔹 Group consolidation;
🔹 External reporting;
🔹 Internal controls and compliance;
🔹Experience with consolidation tools (e.g., Lucanet, HFM) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Business Central);
🔹 Advanced Excel skills; exposure to Power BI is a plus;
