About the Opportunity

A leading global manufacturer specializing in advanced automotive comfort interior systems is seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Finance Lead to oversee financial operations in Europe.

The company is recognized as a high-tech enterprise with extensive R&D capabilities, multiple production bases, and a large workforce dedicated to innovation in products such as seat heating systems, seat ventilation, steering wheel detection solutions, and occupant classification technologies.

With strong growth in both manufacturing and technology development, the organization is now strengthening its international finance function through this key overseas position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Implement the group’s financial management policies, accounting standards, and budget systems; ensure robust financial supervision and effective internal controls.
• Develop the annual financial budget based on the company’s business plan and track its execution throughout the year.
• Conduct regular financial analyses, monitor unusual indicators, and propose corrective actions where needed.
• Provide financial and tax-related insights to support business decisions and optimize profitability.
• Manage company funds, coordinate cash flow planning, and allocate resources efficiently based on operational needs.
• Oversee internal financial training and performance assessment (KPI) for finance team members.
• Lead tax planning and compliance, complete tax declarations on time, and proactively assess and mitigate tax/business risks.
• Manage cost control activities, including cost forecasting, monitoring, analysis, and reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Unified Enrollment) required.
• 8–10 years of financial experience, with solid expertise in the automotive parts industry.
• Strong background in manufacturing finance, including cost management and financial operations.
• Overseas financial management experience is required.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Experience working or living in Europe is a strong advantage (expatriate background preferred).

Compensation & Benefits
