We are looking for a Finance Services Director who will play a key role in running, optimizing and transforming our finance operations model, while supporting our business growth at scale.

In this role, you will lead a large finance services organization, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end finance service delivery model (Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Internal Controls, Treasury), with a business partnering mindset
• Drive performance, scalability and efficiency of finance operations across the organization
• Shape and implement the finance services operating model, aligned with overall business objectives and with the Group finance strategy
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Finance, Business and IT
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives (process optimization, automation, digitalization, M&A integration)
• Define and manage the governance model with external partners (e.g. BPO providers), ensuring service excellence (SLAs, KPIs)
• Ensure strong compliance framework aligned with internal policies and local regulations
• Lead, develop and inspire large and diverse finance teams
• Build organizational capability through talent development and succession planning

What we are looking for:

• Extensive leadership experience in complex finance environments (finance operations, accounting, reporting or similar)
• Strong track record in leading finance transformation and process optimization initiatives
• Experience managing large teams and operating in multi-stakeholder environments
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders (including leadership teams)
• Solid understanding of finance processes, systems and service delivery models
• Strong leadership, communication and change management skills
• Fluent in English
