Position Summary

The Finance Transformation & AI-Driven Process Owner is responsible for leading the end-to-end design, standardization, and deployment of finance processes, leveraging Artificial Intelligence to optimize performance, efficiency, and decision-making. The role ensures seamless implementation of AI-driven use cases in Finance/Controlling across all markets.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Use Cases: Define AI-driven finance use cases aligned with business priorities.
• Finance & AI Integration: Drive integration of AI and automation into core finance processes, including predictive analytics and process automation.
• Global Process Ownership: Own end-to-end AI finance processes, including design, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Link to local controlling functions: Ensure alignment with controlling for planning, reporting, and performance steering;.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as key interface to CFO and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Align with HQ counterparts and global FC data champions.

Reports directly to the CFO

• Strong background in finance, controlling, and AI-enabled transformation. Experience in process ownership, ERP systems, and data analytics. Strong stakeholder management skills.
