Responsibilities
aEURc Processing incoming invoices (reviewing, posting, and coding invoices)
aEURc VAT assessment of incoming invoice (fulfilment of the legal VAT requirements of an invoice
aEURc Support with VAT returns and annual declarations
aEURc Reconciliation of accounts payable, cost, accrual, and intercompany accounts and confirming corresponding balances
aEURc Ensuring travel expense accounting
aEURc Credit card postings
aEURc Managing payment transactions & payment run
aEURc Regular bank account reconciliation
aEURc Reconciliation and posting of daily cash reports
aEURc Direct Debit preparation
aEURc Running the dunning process
aEURc Accounting support

• for retail operations (e.g. payment allocation, cash register)
• in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

aEURc Regular master data updating

• for the introduction of an automated invoice verification workflow
