Main tasks:
• Analyze financial statements, set up the IT system to adequately record overall profitability by market segment and brand, and analyze and identify the causes of variances from historical and forecasted figures.
• Develop the company's economic and financial budget and its periodic updates and ensure the production of adequate periodic management reporting (order trends, revenue, analysis and identification of the causes of variances between actual and budgeted figures).
• Analyze the profitability of production orders, both pre- and post-production.
• Identify potential initiatives to improve company performance with department managers and monitor their implementation.
• Develop appropriate operating procedures to ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system, and train staff in the correct application of procedures, ensuring they are applied correctly over time.
• The company uses two management programs, one specifically for production needs and one specifically for accounting and tax needs. The controller collects information from users in both systems, proposes all the activities necessary to rationalize and align data between the two systems, and forwards information system implementation requests to the Group IT Manager and the software houses, assisting users in their implementation.
• Reports to the Administrative Director and the Group CFO, assisting them in data analysis, control, and consistency, including inventory, stock, and profitability controls for individual products.
