Qualifications:
•Fluent English
•University degree or internationally recognized professional qualification in Business, Finance, or similar
•Minimum 3 years of prior experience in financial analysis
•Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Good skills in BI tools, preferably Power BI
•PC skills: MS Office, Internet, E-mails
•IT literate with a basic understanding of Business Intelligence software, ERP systems, and financial consolidation tools (knowledge of SAP BPC would be advantageous).
•Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs
•Presentation skills, including verbal, phone, and writing
•Good knowledge and understanding of financial statements -Income Statement, Balance Sheet, cash flow, financial and business plans, budgets, and financial reports.

•Supportfor POWER-E CFO & financeteam withrequirementsfromENERGY, MOEN & NCJ
•Developtoolstoreport accurateandon-timerequestedfigures
•Supportandreport on Business Unit (BU) andBusiness Segments(BuS) performance andtrends
Business Analysis
•Performs analysis of business performance versus prior year, budget, and forecast; identifies key trends, drivers, and benchmarks KPIs with internal and external peers in collaboration with finance teams.
Financial Reporting
•Monitors and analyzes financial performance at consolidated and entity level (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Headcount); ensuresdata accuracy in reporting systems (BPC); prepares recurring reports (monthly, weekly) and supports forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes; develops presentations and ad-hoc analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Power BI).
Information and Communication
•Provides insights to the CFO and finance team by consolidating data, preparing reports, and delivering presentations to support decision-making.
Business Processes
•Reviews and compares business processes across entities to identify best practices and recommend improvements.
Optimization
•Drives efficiency by automating processes, reducing duplication, and improving data flow and reporting.
Internal Control and Documentation
•Ensures compliance with internal controls and reporting standards; maintains accurate documentation and updates procedures.
