Purem by Eberspächer is a leading global automotive supplier specializing in exhaust and acoustic systems, with manufacturing and engineering operations across multiple countries worldwide.

We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst (Controlling) to join our Global Finance team based in Oradea.

In this role, you will work closely with our European manufacturing plants and global finance teams to analyze financial performance, identify business risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. You will play an important role in driving financial transparency, improving reporting processes, and contributing to the overall performance of our Business Unit Europe.

Responsabilities

• Analyze and validate the financial performance of Business Unit Europe plants, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Perform variance analyses against Budget, Forecast and Targets, identifying business opportunities and potential risks.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial analyses and reports to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with Plant Controlling teams and central finance functions across Europe.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of reporting and analysis tools, including SAP, Excel and Anaplan.
• Contribute to planning, forecasting and financial performance monitoring processes.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Plant Controlling, Business Controlling or Manufacturing Controlling.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience working with SAP (FI/CO/BI) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.
• Conversational English is required. German language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
