KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Finance business partner to Commercial department (Sales) offering support to drive profitable growth with focus on discounts investment and customer profitability
• Perform P&L simulations for customer proposals
• Active participation in the month-end closing activities and quarterly and annual business planning process
• Responsible for assisting in the construction and controlling of the discounts budget for assigned customers
• Highlight the business management insights and report on financial performance
• Ensure regular communication with business partners to identify risks and opportunities within your area of responsibility with direct impact on P&L
• Work closely with the whole finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, Excel and Power BI dashboards

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

• Over 1 years' experience in Financial Analysis or External Audit
• Finance qualifications are a plus (ACCA/CIMA etc.)
• Highly analytical - ability to conduct detailed financial analysis and see interconnections with business actions
• P&L, understanding, balance sheet and FCF is a plus
• MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, SAP User, while Power BI is an advantage
• Excellent English command
• Ability to think outside the box, challenge process and rationale
• Ability to set and manage deadlines in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to make financial information "user friendly" to non-financial end users
