We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, performing account reconciliations, supporting revenue recognition processes, and contributing to financial consolidation activities. The ideal candidate will operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally to support strategic business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Perform monthly and quarterly Balance Sheet and P&L reconciliations
• Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies
• Support monthly revenue recognition and financial consolidation processes
• Monitor Deferred and Unbilled Revenue balances
• Ensure accurate project setup across financial systems
• Provide analytical support to cross-functional stakeholders
• Contribute to corporate finance initiatives and strategic objectives

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of financial reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of accounting systems
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English fluency
