You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Performing General Ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and month-end close activities.
• Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial data through accounting standards and internal controls.
• Identifying process inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement opportunities across accounting operations.
• Developing automation and optimization solutions using tools such as Excel, VBA, Python, SAP, AI, and related technologies.
• Collaborating with Finance and cross-functional partners to improve processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
• Implementing initiatives that reduce manual effort, increase efficiency, and enhance team productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Economic Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting, financial analysis, General Ledger, Record-to-Report, or a related finance function.
• Experience driving process improvement initiatives and developing automation, optimization, or digital solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Experience working with a finance ERP system (SAP preferred).
• Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deal with tight closing deadlines.
• Able to express thoughts clearly and adapt to different communication styles.
• French or German language skills are a plus.
